Before another clout chasing post about all the cool things we’ve done this week, we have to caveat this by saying that our event with the Financial Conduct Authority is by no means an official endorsement from them, we are not regulated by the FCA and have undertaken no official steps to achieve any accreditation
…yet. 
Red tape out of the way, we’re grateful to have completed our first in person event yesterday with a Cashblack marketplace pop-up at the FCA’s head office in Stratford to celebrate Black History Month. 
With so much of what we do being digital-first, we often overlook the fact that “Sometimes, you gotta pop out and show *people”. And that’s exactly what we did with the help of our incredible vendors Beyond Black, iUVO Skincare Ltd, Mama’s Hands, My Signature Aroma and Streetgreets.
We’d like to thank Joan MB Amo-Sakyi and the rest of the Elevate and Spectrum teams at the FCA for organising the event and the wider FCA employee network for attending, supporting our vendors and making our first pop-up event a success.  
And most importantly, for the invitation, our close friend Jason Carboo TAP.cert of the FCA with whom we are now able to leverage his own successful career for our own personal gain.
